Annie will be doing the 5KM walk/run again to support our canadian troups. Come cheer us on.

Annie will walk/run the 5KM to Run 4 A Cause and help support more local charities who are trying to make a difference. Come support the cause as well by cheering us on.

Let’s Talk Coaches is proud to announce that we have raised over $550.00 for the Parkinson Superwalk to support Jane Hepworth! Team Shakin’ Not Stirred successfully completed the 2KM walk. (Pictures to come soon…)
